Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Longview" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to Longview, located at 12/40 Ngamwongwan Road, Bang Khen, Mueang Nonthaburi, Nonthaburi 11000, Thailand.
• "Services" — the retirement information sessions, file-building assistance, long-term records companion arrangements, and related activities offered by Longview.
• "User" / "you" / "your" — any person who accesses our website or engages our Services.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any written engagement confirmation or service agreement provided to you.
• "Content" — all materials produced by Longview including printed session summaries, index structures, and information guides.
• "Session" — any individually scheduled appointment for the delivery of one of the Services.

By submitting an enquiry via our website, booking a Session, or engaging our Services in any other way, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with an enquiry or booking.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services and must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Longview provides the following Services, as described on our website:

• Guided Information Talks — sessions explaining how retirement frameworks generally operate, aimed at helping individuals read their own documents. Priced at ฿3,700 per session.
• File-Building Assistance — support assembling and indexing a personal records folder. Priced at ฿9,200 per engagement.
• Long-Term Records Companion — an ongoing arrangement for regular document tidy-up and records maintenance. Priced at ฿25,500 per arrangement period as agreed.

Services are delivered in person at our office in Nonthaburi, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services are available to individuals residing in or visiting Thailand. We do not currently offer remote or online sessions.

When using our Services and website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when making enquiries or bookings
• Attend scheduled Sessions at the agreed time, or provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule
• Use our website only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to copy, reproduce, or distribute Content we produce for you to third parties without our written consent
• Not misrepresent the nature or scope of our Services to third parties

All website content, including text, design elements, and information frameworks, is the property of Longview or its licensors. Printed session summaries and index templates produced for you are licensed for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

You retain ownership of any personal documents you bring to Sessions. Longview does not claim any interest in your personal records.

All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of booking or at the Session, as confirmed at the time of enquiry. We accept cash and bank transfer; specific payment instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation.

Cancellations: If you cancel a Session with more than 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future Session. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled Session are non-refundable. Longview reserves the right to reschedule a Session in exceptional circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

Long-Term Arrangements: Payment terms for the Records Companion arrangement are agreed individually and set out in a written confirmation. Either party may terminate the arrangement with 30 days' written notice.

Longview's Services are informational and organisational in nature. We do not provide financial advice, legal advice, or any form of regulated advisory service. Nothing communicated during a Session constitutes a recommendation regarding financial products, investments, pension decisions, or legal rights.

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we make no representation as to its completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. You should seek appropriately qualified professional advice before making decisions based on any information discussed in a Session.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Longview's liability to you in connection with any Session or arrangement is limited to the fee paid for that specific Session or arrangement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including financial loss arising from decisions made following a Session.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

Force majeure: Longview is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.

You agree to indemnify and hold Longview, its staff, and associates harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our Services.

Either party may terminate an ongoing arrangement at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Longview reserves the right to decline to provide Services to any person at its discretion, with a proportionate refund of any pre-paid fees for Sessions not yet delivered.

Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 of these Terms survive termination.

Longview treats all personal and document-related information shared during Sessions as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your written consent, except where required by applicable law.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. We aim to respond to all complaints within 10 business days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nonthaburi Province, Thailand.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any written booking or engagement confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Longview regarding the Services.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Longview may assign its rights in connection with a business transfer.

Notices: Formal notices under these Terms should be sent to [email protected] or to our postal address.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
